Netiquette is an important part of network culture and that is not only the case in this portal. Given that this is an international portal, offering a communication and information exchange platform to people of many different cultures harbouring different perspectives and values, it is extra important to adhere to some rules.

Don’t forget that even a virtual network is ultimately made up of people!
2. It’s not what you say but how you say it ...
On our portal you can contact other members by e-mail, in chats and live conferences. Representatives of companies, people that might be able to help you, perhaps even help you get somewhere in your career, may be among these “other members”. It is thus in your own interest to keep your tone friendly.
3. Nobody is perfect ...
Be respectful of different opinions, interests, competencies, levels of education, perspectives and attitudes.
4. Be cosmopolitan ...!
Accept other cultures – over 80 are present here in the Club alone...
5. Be who you are ...
Be honest and reveal your identity. First and foremost this means filling out your complete profile and uploading your photograph. Later on it is you, and only you, who decides to whom to grant access to your personal information. So no worries… your privacy is protected at all times.

Dont's:
1. Personal hostilities, sexual abuse, illegal, offensive and/or polemic behaviour.
2. Use of pseudonyms instead of your real name, incomplete data or missing/wrong photo.
3. Sending business offers with hidden agendas and advertisements (Network-Marketing), invitations to questionable organisations or denominations, and advertisements for own services or products.
4. Sending mass e-mails and/or chain letters and other communication known as SPAM.
5. Private or commercial questionnaires or statistical surveys without prior approval by the iSC administrators.
Please note:
Complicance with our Netiquette is a condition for using the portal, it is part of the General Terms and Conditions and is accepted when registering as a member. Users are warned if they breach these rules and excluded from the Club should they repeatedly do so.
Should you receive unwanted advertising e-mails from other users, please notify the iSC administrators and forward the e-mail or information in question to them. The same goes for harassments and violation of the GTC or the Netiquette.
